4x lossless zoom (including 2x optical zoom) when shooting in Full HD video gives users a close-up view of faraway subjects. This ultimately makes rare scenes more accessible to capture from a distance. This ability also helps users keep a safe distance from obstructions, people, and animals.

The hybrid autofocus on the Mavic 2 Zoom combines contrast and phase detection for overall higher focus accuracy with an improved focus speed of up to 40%. The Mavic 2 Zoom's autofocus tracking system also ensures that subjects appear clearer and sharper when users zoom in and out.

The all-new Dolly Zoom is a Quickshot Mode that offers a dynamic, otherworldly perspective. Dolly Zoom Mode will automatically adjust focus when flying for an intense, warping visual effect when shooting video.

Yet another all-new feature of the Mavic 2 Zoom is Super Resolution, a feature that is an asset when capturing vivid details in landscape photography. When capturing photos with a 24 mm equivalent field-of-view, the camera will capture and patch nine photos with its telephoto lens.
