Complete the repair form, and our diagnostics process will begin, and you’ll receive a ticket number.
We’ll keep you updated via email on the status of your repair, so you’re always in the loop.
Once diagnostics are complete, you’ll receive a detailed estimate outlining the necessary repairs and associated costs.
Review the estimate at your convenience. You can approve or decline the repair directly through our secure online portal.
After receiving your approval, our skilled technicians will begin working on your equipment, ensuring the highest quality standards.
Once your equipment is repaired, we’ll notify you immediately. You can choose to pick it up from our store or have it shipped back to you.

In Canada, drone pilots are required to keep flight and maintenance records for their drones or RPAS weighing over 250g. We can help you stay compliant with these regulations by ensuring your drone is always in top condition.
